Accounts & workspaces
Registration, email verification, sign-in, password recovery and account settings. Workspace-scoped access keeps each customer's connection and records separate.
Keyvono helps independent hosts manage reservations, calendars and guest communication across Airbnb and Booking.com through Hostex.
Registration, email verification, sign-in, password recovery and account settings. Workspace-scoped access keeps each customer's connection and records separate.
Partner OAuth is implemented. Hosts authorize their existing Hostex accounts; tokens are encrypted at rest and refreshed on the server. Disconnection removes access.
Properties, reservations, nightly availability, direct bookings and reservation statistics in one workspace. Channel data and supported updates are handled through Hostex.
A shared guest inbox, scheduled guest messages and an optional AI guest assistant with editable property knowledge. Questions it cannot safely answer are left for the host.
Current connection model: each host needs their own Hostex account with an API-enabled subscription and connects their booking channels there before authorizing Keyvono. Embedded account provisioning is a proposal, not a currently available feature.
We would like to offer Hostex-powered connectivity inside Keyvono through an approved OEM, reseller or embedded API agreement. The goal is to remove a second account setup and subscription checkout for the host.
Subject to Hostex technical and commercial approvalThe host creates their Keyvono account and workspace.
An approved partner API creates an isolated Hostex tenant, without another password or manual signup.
The host starts Airbnb or Booking.com authorization from Keyvono and completes any required provider consent and listing mapping.
Reservations, availability and messages appear in Keyvono. Connectivity billing would be managed through the partner agreement.
This is a proposed flow, not a signup demonstration. Provider authorization, truthful service disclosures and applicable terms remain part of the process. We do not collect channel passwords or silently create provider accounts.
Start with a small controlled pilot, then expand after successful authorization, synchronization and isolation testing. The existing OAuth route stays available during evaluation.
Our commercial aim is a competitively priced PMS for small hosts. We are seeking a low-volume entry plan with transparent pricing as the portfolio grows.
Discuss the partner model →Use provider-approved test accounts to verify provisioning, tenant ownership, consent, denied access, expiration and reconnection. Test that one customer cannot access another customer's records.
Test listing mapping, booking changes, cancellations and nightly occupancy. Verify duplicate events, retries and out-of-order updates before enabling customer writes.
Use test conversations for supported messaging scopes, attachments and delivery failures. Verify ownership and duplicate-send protection.
Validate billing activation, trial expiry, cancellation, revocation, data export and deletion. Agree rate limits, support responsibilities and recovery procedures with Hostex.
These are acceptance criteria for the requested partner model. They do not imply that a provisioning API or embedded-channel SDK has been supplied or tested.
The application uses HTTPS, password hashing, server-side sessions, CSRF protection and workspace-scoped access. Hostex secrets stay server-side; stored integration tokens are encrypted. Model requests omit recognizable contact details and links, and automated AI replies are labelled.
The public demo uses fictional data and makes no provider calls. Informational pages do not load advertising or analytics trackers.
A dedicated reseller agreement and data-processing terms still need to be agreed for the proposed model. We are not claiming a formal security certification or a direct Airbnb or Booking.com partnership.
